Your Opportunity
* To provide a professional medical imaging service to the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service in the areas of general radiography, specialised procedural radiography, CT, mobile and operating theatre radiography.
What we're looking for
* Demonstrated technical ability to perform radiographic examinations.
* Demonstrated ability to utilise effective communication skills to liaise with staff and patients.
* Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to acquire understanding of Quality Management processes.
* Ability to comply with the requirements of Workplace Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity and Anti-Discrimination Policies and behaviour in the work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Mandatory possession of a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification, preferably in Medical Imaging Technology (Diagnostic Radiography) and Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency with a current annual practicing certificate is essential.
* Radiation Use License issued by Queensland Health - Radiation Health.
* Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and if applicable registration or membership with the appropriate registration authority or association. Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager, prior to the commencement of clinical duties.

Our offer
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $132,567 p.a., comprising salary between $79,051 - $116,189 p.a. (f/t) or salary rates between $39.87 - $58.60 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP3) (Several Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f., and Permanent Part Time positions, hours negotiable).
