Overview
Senior Facilities Manager role at CBRE Asia Pacific, Melbourne, overseeing the facilities for a portfolio of neighbourhood shopping centres for one key national client. This is a hybrid/flexible (hybrid) role supported by the centre management team.
Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services for the allocated sites, including tenant liaison and contractor management.
* Maintain the operational management of the centres.
* Establish policies and procedures, WHS and risk management compliance programs.
* Manage service contractors, energy suppliers, technical consultants, and capital works contracts to ensure high levels of service performance.
* Manage tenant/client relationships and work closely with the wider Retail PM team.
* Ongoing maintenance management in addition to budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
* Regularly inspect and report on building conditions and report items accordingly.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous Operations or Facilities Management experience within a retail environment.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple priorities.
* Proven problem solver with the capacity to work autonomously when required.
* Advanced communication skills and a proactive and professional approach.
* Sound financial acumen and computer literacy.
* A driver's licence and car are required.
