New Business Coordinator
Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in business development? We are seeking an experienced New Business Coordinator to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key role in driving sales growth, working closely with our Head of Sales and Marketing. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying leads, setting appointments, and following up with prospects across the Eastern Seaboard.
* Making Outbound Calls: Engage directly with investors, developers, builders, and owner-occupiers to qualify leads and set appointments.
* Qualifying Leads: Evaluate MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) to determine SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) based on specific criteria.
* Researching Decision-Makers: Research and capture key decision-maker details, securing multiple contacts when necessary.
You will work closely with our Field Sales team to transition projects and meet KPIs by generating high-quality leads through effective outbound efforts.
