The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support and grow our digital marketing initiatives. You'll be joining a collaborative and high-performing team responsible for driving the firm's brand, content, and client acquisition strategies. This is an ideal role for someone with 1–3 years' marketing experience, looking to fast-track their career at the intersection of marketing, law and tech. The position is full-time based in our Sydney headquarters in Surry Hills.
A day in the life
* Coordinating webinars and client events (both in-person and virtual)
* Creating content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
* Supporting execution of targeted marketing campaigns for specific practice areas
* Managing relationships with in-house lawyers and external content partners
* Editing and publishing legal articles, newsletters and collateral
* Conducting SEO tasks and using platforms like WordPress and Google Analytics
* Staying across legal industry trends and competitor tactics
The Ideal Applicant
* A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
* 1–3 years' experience in a marketing, content or digital role
* Excellent writing and editing skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident across social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
Ways to Stand Out
* Experience planning or running online or in-person events
* Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics or SEO tools
* Exposure to B2B or professional services marketing
