With branches located in Dandenong South, Traralgon and Bendigo, we are one of the largest lifting inspection companies in Victoria.


The Role


In the role of Scheduling & Administration, you will take ownership of the job scheduling, job invoicing, administration & incoming customer queries for the branch. This is a crucial role for our business as it has a significant impact on our customer's experience with us and on how efficiently we deliver our services.

You will be interacting with all areas of our business and will be the main conduit between our customers, suppliers and internal Team Members.

The role is Part-Time at around 25 hours per week during the weekdays. We can be somewhat flexible based on your requirements.


Key Responsibilities

* Job Scheduling: Liaise with our customers to schedule all on-site jobs for our team of Technicians.
* Job Coordination: Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate all requirements to successfully complete customer jobs (e.g. order stock, manage sub-contactors, book accommodation, organise tooling and equipment, issue quotes etc).
* Invoicing & Reporting: Review and issue client reports, certificates and invoices at the closure of a job.
* Communication: Respond to customer, supplier and internal Team Member enquiries.
* Data Integrity: Maintain the customers' asset registers & other databases
