Overview

We are currently looking for an Administration Officer to join our Kalgoorlie-based team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities

The Administration Officer plays a key role in managing the office environment; including document control, correspondence, processing invoices, taking meeting minutes, contract administration, filing and other general administrative / secretarial duties.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in office administration/ secretarial work;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Well-developed organisational skills;
* Ability to work effectively, both autonomously and in a team;
* Good computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word & Excel;
* An outgoing personality and professional integrity;
* Current WA driver's licence.
