Responsibilities
* Drive the end-to-end ecommerce performance of our online store
* Own Shopify operations and optimise conversion, UX and merchandising
* Lead and develop a high-performing ecommerce & digital team
* Collaborate across product, operations and marketing to support growth
* Deliver insights on revenue, customer journey and commercial outcomes
Qualifications
* 5+ years in ecommerce, ideally with Shopify experience
* Strong commercial and analytical mindset
* A track record of leading teams and scaling digital performance
* A passion for fast-moving brand environments and improving customer experience
