About the role
Join the dynamic team at the Justice Network as our Marketing & Events Manager. In this full-time position based in Brisbane, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns and coordinating our portfolio of industry-leading events.
With a focus on promoting the organisation's mission and expanding our reach, this role is crucial in driving our continued growth and success.
What you'll be doing
* Devise and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Justice Network's brand, services and events to targeted audiences
* Lead the planning and delivery of Justice Network's calendar of events, including conferences, seminars and networking functions
* Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle, including venue sourcing, speaker coordination, delegate registration and on-the-day logistics
* Create compelling content for digital and print marketing materials to generate interest and registrations
* Monitor and analyse event and marketing performance, providing recommendations to continually improve our approach
* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless integration of marketing and event initiatives
* Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth
What we're looking for
* Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing and/or event management
* Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
* Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior executives and external partners
* Creative flair and innovative thinking to continuously enhance our marketing and event offerings
* Proficient in using marketing automation, CRM and event management technology
* Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related discipline are highly regarded
