Role Overview:
The Member Relationship Officer plays a pivotal role in fostering and strengthening relationships with AHCSA's Member Services, ensuring a positive membership experience.
This position provides exceptional service, offering Members timely information, advice, and assistance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building Relationships: Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key staff within Member Services
* Providing Information: Providing responsive and professional information, advice and facilitation to respond to Member queries
* Risk Management: Managing risks and issues related to Member relationships with AHCSA
* Communications Planning: Planning and delivering communications to Member Services
* Event Coordination: Assisting with the planning and delivery of Member-focused events
* Contact Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact details for Member Services
* Member Feedback: Capturing Member feedback and identifying opportunities for improved engagement and quality improvement
Requirements:
Essential experience includes:
* Experience in a communications role, including event management and engaging with members
* Experience working in a member-based organisation and engaging with members across organisations
* Experience engaging with Aboriginal leaders, organisations, and communities
Desirable Qualifications:
* Experience working in the Aboriginal community-controlled health sector
* Qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Event Management or related field
