As a Director of Financial Management, you will be responsible for leading the Claims Administration and Income Support team in delivering high-quality claims management services. This involves overseeing financial calculations, administrative transactions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The role requires strong leadership skills to manage a multi-disciplinary team across various locations. You will ensure timely delivery of financial calculations and administrative activities, report to the Senior Director of Operations, and possess tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, compensation, business, or management.
To excel in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, experience in managing teams, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance. The successful candidate will also undergo a six-month probationary period.
