About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Process guest check-ins and outs efficiently, utilizing park booking systems for seamless operations.
* Cultivate strong relationships with park teams, residents, and guests through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Manage day-to-day office administration tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
* Prior Front Office experience within the hospitality industry.
* A passion for delivering exceptional Guest experiences.
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking Systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
