Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Analyse project documentation, including blueprints and specifications, to inform cost-based estimates.
* Conduct thorough material take-offs and cost assessments for site equipment, labour, and materials.
* Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve optimum results.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
* Extensive experience in construction project coordination, preferably with a general contractor or construction company.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
