Payroll Consultant Role
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Consultant to join our team. As the subject matter expert for SAP Payroll, you will play a crucial role in guiding solution design and implementation.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading hands-on configuration and deployment of Employee Central Payroll. You will work closely with clients to deliver workshops, solution presentations, proof-of-concepts, and approvals.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will estimate efforts for proposed solutions and own delivery outcomes. Your ability to recommend innovative, best-practice-based solutions aligned with SAP standards will be key to success.
You will develop business process documentation and functional specifications, conduct implementation and training workshops for SAP power users, and lead testing cycles (unit, SIT, regression) and support user acceptance testing.
A strong understanding of HCM processes and statutory compliance in Australia is essential for this role. You will also collaborate effectively in an onshore-offshore delivery model.
To excel in this position, you should possess expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and have a minimum of 8–10 years of experience in Australian payroll implementations and support.
