Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct expert nursing care and initiate, implement and monitor relevant interventional therapies and interpret diagnostic pathology as part of the role under the supervision of Nurse Practitioner Endoscopy and/or Gastroenterologist.
* Conduct (under supervision) nurse‐led clinics, triage referrals, follow up patients and provide education and support to the team.
* Apply professional and clinical expertise in collaboration with nursing, midwifery and multi‐disciplinary stakeholders.
* Responsible for enacting strategies that support a work‐based culture that promotes and supports education, learning, research and workforce development.
* Take a lead role in ensuring targets are met in an efficient and effective manner, collaborating with multidisciplinary partners to ensure patients receive the most appropriate care in the most appropriate place by the most appropriate personnel.
Remuneration
Remuneration value up to $173,368 p.a., comprising salary between $139,951‐$151,949 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (NRG7). Applications will remain current for 12 months.
