Enrolled Nurse - Surgical Ward
Employment: Permanent Part Time or Casual Opportunities
Location: Buderim Private Hospital, Sunshine Coast
Remuneration: $36.56 - $40.93 p/hr + Super, with salary packaging options.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional person-centred care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
* Apply clinical practice that ensures a safe environment and promotes optimal patient health.
* Communicate and exchange information effectively with the Registered Nurse regarding patient responses to treatment and nursing care.
* Implement principles of clinical and workplace risk management.
* Coordinate care and collaborate with other health professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
* Allocate and delegate work appropriately, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Diploma of Nursing or equivalent and AHPRA registration.
* Minimum of 12 months post‐graduate experience within an acute hospital setting.
* Full Australian Working Rights.
* Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety practices and ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster.
* Commitment to patient safety and quality improvements.
* Willingness to obtain required vaccinations and undergo a national criminal history check and functional assessment.
