About the Role
Assist with the day‑to‑day operations of the store, including customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting, and adherence to and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.

- Leadership experience in a retail or hospitality capacity
- A passion to drive your own career and others around you forward
- Well‑developed and qualified communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and training to others
