We are seeking a person who has strong self-motivation, has the ability to work independently and within a team environment. Someone who has strong follow up, organisation and prioritisation skills and excellent attention to detail.
**Job Description**:
This role is responsible for providing a range of professional, courteous, high quality front office telephony, reception and administration services.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Manage the telephone switchboard
Greet, welcome and check in visitors to the office
Booking of assessments and appointments
Confirm appointment attendances
Manage the effective day-to-day operation and professional appearance of the reception, consulting and waiting areas.
**Qualifications**:
Strong self-motivation, the ability to work independently, and within a team environment with strong follow up, organisation and prioritisation skills and excellent attention to detail.
