Project Administrator
Join Seymour Whyte for the Beerburrum to Nambour (B2N) Upgrade Project, a major civil infrastructure project delivered as a joint venture with John Holland. The project enhances the rail network between Beerburrum and Nambour on the Sunshine Coast, improving travel times and connectivity for the region.
Responsibilities
* Support project delivery as a site‐based administrator.
* One position focuses on finance administration, including job costing and purchasing.
* The other position assists the Delivery Manager with reporting, general site administration and coordination.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in administrative roles within the civil construction industry.
* Exceptional organisational and time‐management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
* Understanding of job costing, purchasing and accounts procedures is highly desirable.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team‐focused approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
* Current driver's licence with own transport (regional project locations).
