We're looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join our R&D team in a new role within our UX Team. You'll work with one or more product teams to make sure our users have a seamless, intuitive, and enjoyable experience with our software.

This is a senior role for a self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality UX and UI outputs within our release cycle. You'll bring design expertise and leadership to one product-or a suite of complementary products-working closely with product owners, architects, developers, and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, design, validate, build, launch, and monitor solutions.

Your Skills…
Lead complex product design initiatives with a focus on user experience, business goals, and enterprise needs.
End-to-end user-centered design experience, backed by qualitative and quantitative research for data-driven decisions.
Advocate for design systems and reusable patterns to maintain consistency and scale across products.
Collaborate with product leaders, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders; confident in articulating design decisions, running workshops, and navigating requirements.
Tackle design challenges, improve processes, and find opportunities for incremental product enhancements.
Manage deliverables, prioritise effectively, and communicate clearly in agile environments.
4-6+ years' experience designing and building large-scale web software, with a proven record of impact.
