About This Role
We are seeking a highly organised, adaptable and resilient Administration Assistant to support our National SMSF team in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft emails to clients based on ATO and audit correspondence received.
* Assist the team with preparing client letters and other documentation.
* Assist SMSF accountants with compiling completed SMSF annual packages (financial statements, tax returns) using Class Super software.
* Assist SMSF accountants with annual tax return lodgements.
* Liaison with SMSF auditors, including tracking of audits and assistance with SMSF audit queries.
* Liaison with external banks, brokers and financial advisors with information required.
* Preparation of invoices.
* Scanning, filing and updating of client data and documentation, including data entry in Class Super for a portfolio of funds.
Skills and Experience
* Previous administrative experience, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment.
* High level of organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience or interest in the superannuation and accounting industry would be highly regarded.
