**About the Role**
Here at BOQ Group we have been busy working behind the scenes strengthening, simplifying, and digitising the way we work. We like to call ourselves the digital bank of the future and let's be honest, our Group Tech division - especially Cyber - really is where all the cool stuff is happening!
We are a multi-branded business, with our most recent acquisition being the fabulous ME Bank, which makes this role even more juicy - there is so much opportunity to contribute to the overarching IDAM strategic framework whilst elevating and harmonising the maturity of our IDAM systems and process across all of our BOQ Brands.
Reporting into our CISO here at BOQ Group our Head of IDAM is paramount in building and leading a team that develops organisational-wide strategies that address Identity and Access Management. You will lead, shape and develop a collaborative team, working in unison to identify and monitor environmental and market cybersecurity trends by pro-actively assessing cybersecurity technology impacts on business strategies, benefits, and risks.
You'll make a difference, with integrity and empathy, by rubbing shoulders with our GM's and Executives to support our IDAM landscape, whilst being responsible for a team who collaborates across a multitude of business units, enabling a seamless adoption of security control principles.
This is a challenging and exciting leadership role with a wide range of technical development opportunities - that's right, we have invested heavily in bleeding-edge security tools to respond to the dynamic global security landscape and to support our business' long-term objectives. Sounds pretty cool, right?
**About you**
As an experienced IDAM/IAM Leader, you will be a collaborative people-person with a passion and drive for leading and developing teams. As an outcome driven professional, you enjoy proactively communicating with the business to understand and reach their vision. You are a highly strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, supported by an ability to coach and lead teams who define, develop and manage IDAM program scopes effectively and efficiently.
Working for us is fun and fast-paced, and we are seeking top talent to take us where we want to go. BOQ Group people are easy to spot. They're smart, energetic, full of ideas and passionate about what they do. If this sounds like you and you're looking to join a multi-brand on the forefront of financial services, we'd love to chat!
