This critical role involves the sales of waste management solutions across South East Melbourne, responsible for managing this region, retaining customers and driving profitable sales growth. You'll work with diverse clients and industries, presenting endless opportunities to expand your portfolio.
About the Opportunity:
* Develop and expand new business across multiple industry sectors.
* Maintain accurate client details and follow up on leads in CRM systems.
* Analyse sales data, prepare reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Conduct site inspections and provide tailored waste management solutions to clients.
* Maintain existing commercial and industrial relationships, driving continuous improvement.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in high-volume B2B sales (preferably in the liquid waste industry).
* Demonstrated track record in sales or business development, managing sales and achieving/exceeding targets.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work autonomously as part of a remote team.
* Presentation skills to present to various levels across industries.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Strong computer and analytical skills.
* Valid driver's licence.
