We are searching for a high-performing Business Development Manager with robust experience in the ophthalmic or optometry industry to drive the national growth of this rapidly emerging product category.

The Opportunity

As the BDM – Ocular Health, you will:

- Sell InMode’s Envision platform to ophthalmologists, optometrists, and eye‑care clinics
- Build and manage your own territory, with monthly and annual sales targets
- Educate clinicians on dry eye treatment workflows and the value of RF/IPL technology
- Host workshops, demos, and clinical education events
- Develop long‑term partnerships with eye‑care specialists
- Enjoy strong support from a collaborative national team across Marketing, Clinical, Finance, and Service

This is a high‑impact role suited to someone who is commercially driven, clinically confident, and ready to lead the growth of a new business vertical.

What You Bring

- 3+ years in ophthalmology or optometry capital equipment sales (preferred)
- Proven success achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to influence ophthalmologists, optometrists, practice managers & clinical teams
- Strong technical and clinical communication skills
- Self‑motivated, solutions‑focused, and commercially astute
- Comfortable selling high‑value capital equipment and building a new market
