About the Role
AustChilli is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, digital activity, customer marketing and export growth across domestic and international markets. This is a high-impact role suited to an insights driven marketer who thrives on ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering results.
You’ll shape annual Brand Plans, execute campaigns, support retail, export & industrial customers, and build engaging content across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of annual Brand Plans across the AustChilli portfolio
Translate consumer and category insights into clear brand direction and activation
Develop customer and trade marketing assets—POS, trade stories, presentations, category insights
Create channel & customer activation plans aligned to commercial priorities
Manage all digital channels and develop digital campaigns across social, website, SEO/SEM and email
Develop export marketing toolkits and export market activity including distributor partner engagement, education and market adaptation
Contribute to NPD by validating concepts through consumer insights, trend analysis and competitor benchmarking
Support NPD launches from packaging and recipe briefs to launch execution
Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI across activity
What You’ll Bring
5+ years FMCG marketing, brand or trade marketing experience
Experience developing Brand or Category Plans
Ability to translate insights into practical, commercially aligned activity
Excellent storytelling, communication and stakeholder management
Experience supporting sales teams with customer facing materials
Experience in export markets particularly Asia is highly regarded
Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications (preferred)
