Position Purpose
The Administration Supervisor plays a central role within the corporate office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of administration and office coordination. Reporting to the General Manager – Sales, this role oversees the administration function, supervises the Administration Officer and provides support to senior leadership and internal teams. The position also acts as a key coordination point for member enquiries, internal systems and office operations.
The Role
* Oversee the day-to-day administration of the corporate office
* Supervise and support the Administration Officer
* Manage incoming calls, enquiries and administration inbox
* Maintain office systems, procedures and documentation
* Coordinate office supplies, facilities and service providers
* Provide administrative support to senior leadership
* Maintain member records and directories across internal systems
* Coordinate communications and enquiries from member agencies
* Assist with staff onboarding, recruitment coordination and HR admin
* Support company events including conferences and member meetings
About You
* Experience in office management or senior administration roles
* Experience supervising or mentoring administrative staff
* Background supporting multiple stakeholders in busy offices
* Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint or similar systems
* Ability to prepare professional presentations and documentation
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Confidence interacting with senior leaders and external stakeholders
* Proactive approach with the ability to prioritise competing tasks

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
