What You’ll Be Doing Project manage the operational delivery across maintenance and support programs Drive workforce planning, scheduling, and yard utilisation Mentor and empower a high-performing operational team Deliver strong commercial outcomes through efficient operations and planning Strengthen relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders Champion continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence Ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements Oversee budget performance, revenue delivery, and operational targets What We’re Looking For Established leadership experience within marine, defence, maintenance, or heavy industry Leadership capability with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels Experience in ship repair, in-service support, or asset management environments Commercially minded with a proactive and solutions-focused approach Diploma in Project Management or similar qualification highly regarded Why This Opportunity?
