**The Role**
We are partnering with a leading FMCG company to find an exceptional ERP Manager who will play a crucial role in enhancing their operational efficiency and driving their digital transformation journey. The company boasts a dynamic and inclusive culture, committed to innovation and excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the optimization, maintenance, and administration of the ERP system to support business operations effectively.
- Act as a bridge between the business units and IT, translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging ERP capabilities to streamline business processes and increase productivity.
- Oversee ERP system upgrades, customizations, and troubleshooting, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and deliver training programs to users, promoting best practices and maximizing system utilization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for system enhancements and new technology adoption.
- Prepare and manage the ERP system's budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and ROI maximization.
**Your Profile**
To excel in this role you will need to utilise your exceptional communication skills dealing with various stakeholders from warehouse, logistics and customer service through to the C-suite executives. The following experience will be extremely helpful in ensuring your success;
- Proven experience in ERP system management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong foundation in business analysis, with the ability to understand and map business processes and requirements.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of leading successful system implementation and optimization projects.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
