Responsibilities
- Identifying potential clients and prospective business opportunities
- Oversee sales and growth throughout Western Australia
- Regular client visits to ensure up to date workforce requirements
- Developing sales strategies to expand the company's customer base
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in Business Development or Sales Roles
- Previous experience working in a Labour Hire or Recruitment Agency
- Strong business acumen and an understanding of Market Dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Current driver license and ability for frequent travel around Western Australia
