This hospital is a fully accredited tertiary facility with 334 beds, providing Emergency Services, Extensive Surgical Specialties, 14-bed ICU, 17-bed CCU, Medical, and a full range of Cardiac Services including two 24-hour Cardiac Catheter Laboratories.

As an ANUM – your responsibilities will include:
* Facilitating a learning culture to ensure continuous improvement
* Maintaining professional and constructive working relationships with our VMO partners, using a customer service mindset, to enable high-quality patient outcomes
* Providing clinical operational direction for the unit to ensure efficient and effective management by coordinating the delivery of evidence-based nursing care
* Being accountable and responsible for the effective daily management of human, financial, and material resources
* Coordinating and driving clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
* Undertaking direct patient care, as required
* Mentoring staff
Selection Criteria:
* Current Registration with AHPRA
* Working with Children's check
* Current or previous ANUM or clinical nurse specialist experience (desirable)
* Experience in Scrub Scout/Robotics specifically
* Sound clinical knowledge
* Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
* Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent customer service focus, time management, and prioritization

If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement, the "Healthscope - Victoria - Nurses' and Midwives' Agreement 2021-2025"
