Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for working with existing Small Business clients, looking at ways to increase product holdings. In addition, you will also be calling prospective new clients to sell whole of business solutions and arrange new business meetings. You need to be a personable, confident communicator, ideally with prior experience in phone-based sales. The key criteria is having the right motivation and being outcome-driven.
- Comfortable in being able to learn new products and sell to existing customers.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to hold a business conversation across all levels of management and translate into a Professional Services solution.
- Building your pipeline by creating, identifying and responding to opportunities, booking appointments for the Business Development Managers.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders and delivering repeat business.
- Pro-active sales activities to identify opportunities and convert to orders.
You will be self-motivated and have the resilience and drive to learn and contribute to the growth of the company while expanding your own personal and career skills.
You should also have:
- Ability to demonstrate experience in a similar telecommunication or phone sales role but not a must.
- The ability to identify opportunities and close sales.
- Excellent people skills - great customer relationships, ability to build sustaining relationships within the team and across clients
- Preferred work experience in a phone-based environment.

**Salary**: $55,151.61 - $125,601.55 per year
