Internal Secondment Opportunity – Specialist Talent & Engagement (6 Months)
We're excited to offer a six-month secondment into a Talent and Engagement Specialist role. This is a unique opportunity to step into a strategic position that plays a key role in shaping our talent and engagement initiatives across Compass Group Australia.
The Role
Reporting to Jo Kirwan, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, managing the talent review process, including succession planning, talent assessments, and identifying high-potential employees. This role is critical in ensuring that the organisation has a robust talent pipeline and that employees are developed and prepared for future leadership roles, supporting the organisation’s long-term success.

Desirable: experience in talent management, survey methodology, data analysis, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with HR and leadership teams.
Please note: The preferred location for this role is Brisbane, QLD. If not based in Brisbane, the role can be based in Perth, WA, or Sydney, NSW.
What We're Looking For
- Communication and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in survey administration, data analysis, and employee engagement, preferably within a corporate workplace
- Passion for people, culture, and creating meaningful employee experiences
- A passion for driving cultural transformation and organisational capability
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence outcomes
- Experience in HR, talent, or engagement-related roles is desirable
