Job Summary
We are seeking two Revenue Assurance Officers to deliver quality, efficient and effective revenue assurance processes. The successful candidates will provide timely and accurate account management for billing, adjustments and 3rd party invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process monthly claims and billing
* Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
* Deliver a high-quality customer service experience
* Action email and phone queries across multiple platforms
* Experience in a similar or comparable role eg, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
* High level of general ICT competency
* Knowledge of AX09 and Alayacare is desirable
* Experience in Microsoft Office Suite with Advanced Excel
