Position Details
This role supports both the Director First Nations Health and the Director of Integrated Health/Deputy Chief Allied Health Officer. It is available full-time or part-time, negotiable for the right candidate.
About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised administrative assistant to provide personal assistance to the Directors, coordinate meetings and events, and support reporting. The role is interesting and varied, encompassing personal assistance to the Directors, meetings, events and reporting.

* Outstanding communication and organisational skills
* Experience and well developed skills with IT systems and software applications
* Initiative and enthusiasm with a high level of attention to detail
