The Senior Manager plays a crucial role in Powerhouse Renewal, establishing and delivering new capabilities in customer management, technology, and communications. The role leads the team and works alongside the Powerhouse program, marketing, digital and technology teams to continuously improve the customer journey to increase engagement, satisfaction, commercial outcomes, and repeat visitation through ticketing, membership, customer relationship management, commercial stakeholder management, bookings and enquiries. The role leads the relationship with and optimises the Powerhouse ticketing and customer relationship management platform – Tessitura. The role has accountability for delivering the framework of policies, procedures and ways of working alongside the teams that deliver the highest quality ticketing, booking, box office and customer communications with a focus on accessibility, inclusion, cultural safety and exceptional customer service.
