About The Role
We're seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Store Manager in Maryborough to support the leadership team in driving strong store performance. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help guide and develop the team, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain high operational standards. You'll take ownership of daily store functions including visual merchandising, coaching, KPI achievement and fostering a positive, engaged team culture. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a rewarding leadership role with a respected and stable Australian retailer.
Skills And Experience
* Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or higher within a retail environment
* Strong leadership capability with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example approach
