Job Title : Assistant Facility Manager

Reports To : Director Real Estate & Facilities
Job Summary : The Assistant Facility Manager will support the Regional Senior Facility Manager in overseeing facility operations, maintenance, and repair, ensuring efficient and safe functioning of the facility, while managing vendors, budgets, and compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Task will include but not be limited to :
* Assist in managing facility operations
* Oversee housekeeping, security and vendor management
* Basic office administrative tasks (Ordering / Managing café / Stationery / VC arrangements and other basic administrative tasks)
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
* Manage budgets, inventory, and supplies
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies
* Support facility upgrades and renovations
* Participate and implement facility infra support during any site relocations, expansions, or resizing of the sites
* Track site facilities expenses and monitor budgets
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or related field
* Minimum 5-6 years of facility maintenance experience
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management tools
* Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Preferred Skills
* Certification in facility management (IFMA, BIFMA)
* Experience with CMMS software
* Project management skills
* Familiarity with local labor and other basic statutory laws
