The Role
The People, Safety and Quality team contribute to shared business services at Accoras supporting our workers and leaders across our everyday operations in HR, Quality and Safety functions. The People & Assurance Support Officer is an essential part of the team working collaboratively, supporting administration and work projects and providing a key touch point for HR and Quality enquiries. Your passion, motivation and customer service approach are paramount to the success of the team and our work. This role is a fulltime 12 month fixed term opportunity with an option to extend.
About You
We're looking for a team member who can demonstrate 2‐3 years work experience from a similar role. The role is ideally suited to someone with a 'can do' attitude who enjoys working in a flexible, supportive, fast‐paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Being a trusted first point of contact helping shape a positive HR, Safety and Quality experience
* Providing administration support across a wide variety of activities, advice and initiatives
* Assisting with provision of guidance for our people across routine people, culture and quality assurance enquiries
* Providing hands on experience with initiatives such as audit support, training and learning, employee lifecycle activities, records and document management, and reporting
* Ability to understand and explain compliance requirements and maintain confidentiality and discretion
* Working autonomously in a connected team where your judgement, organisation and problem solving skills are valued
* Applying high attention to detail, proactive, and a solution oriented approach to your work are key to success.
