About the Role
The College Manager will lead our boarding community, providing a safe and supportive environment for students. This is a permanent full-time position commencing in 2026.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure college operations meet student needs and Department of Education policies.
* Oversee staff recruitment, selection, and performance management.
* Manage budget preparation and college accounting procedures.
* Evaluate and improve operational processes.
You will be responsible for promoting health, safety, welfare, and appropriate behavior among secondary students.
