Job Description
As a key partner in advancing cultural safety and enhancing representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities within the judicial system, you will play a vital role in driving organizational goals.
This critical position reports directly to the Executive Director of Koori Programs and Initiatives, where you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, Koori communities, and external organizations.
Key objectives include leading initiatives that contribute to the CSV Self-determination Plan and Koori Employment Plan, fostering a culturally safe environment within Victoria's courts, and promoting workforce participation among Koori communities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead projects to enhance Koori workforce participation and cultural safety within the organization.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Koori communities and other stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
* Monitor and evaluate project performance, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations for improvement.
* Offer authoritative advice on matters related to Koori programs and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate data collection and analysis to track the effectiveness of Koori employment initiatives and cultural safety frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess a tertiary qualification in human resources, organizational development, or a related field. Additionally, they will have a sound knowledge of Victorian Koori culture and society, enabling effective communication and engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Candidates should demonstrate experience in managing projects, including knowledge of project management principles and methodologies. Strong research and analytical skills are also essential for monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on program effectiveness.
