You don’t just thrive in fast-paced environments—you elevate them!The main duties of the role include but are not limited to the below:Key Responsibilities:Member ExperienceConsistently deliver a high level of customer service to out members & guestsAct as main point of contact for all membersFacilitate introductions and relationship-building initiativesHave a thorough understanding of all members and their businessesDrive initiatives to support their growthProactively manage and resolve issues to maintain a united community & spaceEventsOversee the execution of all events to ensure they align with The Commons' brand & quality standardsCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality experiencesEnsure events run smoothly & Team is supported throughoutFacilities ManagementEnsure that the building is fully operationalResolve all maintenance issues by reporting to the Operations TeamArrange quotes, liaise with contractors & schedule required maintenance workCoordinate workload of the wider Community TeamEnsure a consistently pristine and detail-oriented workspace environmentDaily OperationsOversee the smooth day-to-day running of the space to ensure an exceptional member experienceManage the schedules, workload, and communications of the Community TeamCommunicate upcoming changes/ initiatives to members and TeamSupport the delivery of weekly eventsContinuously identify opportunities to improve workflows & service qualityManagement and LeadershipManage daily workload of the Community TeamDevelop team capability through training and developmentMentor & engage Team by coaching them for success in their career pathConduct Performance Reviews as well as provide regular feedbackTrain new staff members with support from State Community ManagerConduct tours of the space and drive new salesInductions, on-boarding and off-boardingManage membership changes within the existing communityNegotiation of membershipsRetentionFoster long-term member relationships to maintain high occupancy and community stabilityRegularly assess service offerings and member feedbackIdentify opportunities for improvement and enhance retentionEnsure adherence to membership policies, including notice periods & cancellation proceduresProactively communicate any potential membership changes to Management and re-engage previous enquiries to drive reactivation and growth.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in Flexible Workspaces, Hospitality, or Retail ManagementProven ability to build and nurture meaningful relationships with diverse stakeholdersSkilled in identifying growth opportunitiesExceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skillsNatural ability to connect and engageThrive in fast-paced
