Key Responsibilities
* Manual labour duties such as loading/unloading, digging, sweeping, and site clean-up
* Assist trades (e.g., builders, concreters, landscapers) with basic tasks
* Move and handle building materials, tools, and equipment
* Operate basic hand and power tools (training provided)
* Follow safety procedures at all times and wear appropriate PPE
* Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients and other workers
* Arrive on time and be ready to work across various site locations
* Perform tasks as directed by the site supervisor or scheduler

Minimum Requirements
* Minimum 1 year site experience
* Valid drivers licenses
* Own a vehicle (mandatory)
* Construction White Card (mandatory)
* Basic physical fitness and ability to lift heavy loads
* Steel-capped boots, long pants, and Chapex uniform
* Ability to travel to various job sites in Perth
* Clear communication skills (verbal and written)
