The Role
In this part-time position (30 hrs p/w), you will provide personal and executive support to the Managing Director with some support to the Executive Leadership Team as needed.
In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Executive and Personal Support to Managing Director
* Coordinate the Managing Director to ensure their administrative, information and communication systems and processes are both effective and appropriate
* Manage telephone calls, coordinate the Managing Director's schedule, maintain a diary of meetings, coordinate arrangements for meetings and appointments and arrange travel and accommodation as instructed
* Examine, evaluate and prioritise correspondence and communications for the Managing Director's attention
* Provide high quality word processing and document preparation and editing services for the Managing Director
* Process the Managing Director's correspondence, including preparing replies to routine and other relevant correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director
* Complete personal tasks for the Managing Director such as personal affairs and travel
Add
itional responsibilities:
* Provide support to the Executive Leadership Team as directed by the Managing Directors
* Manage and organise external and internal events
* Assist with all company licence, certificate and registration (compliance) renewals including ensuring they are displayed accordingly
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have an appetite for providing high level support with an ability to adapt and react to a fast-paced environment. It is essential that you have high attention to detail and accuracy, you are an exceptional multitasker and have a strong ability to prioritise to meet strict deadlines. In addition, you will also have the following:
* Minimum experience of 5 years within a similar role
* Demonstrated experience in performing personal assistant and executive level administration
* Tertiary qualifications (TAFE or University) in business administration or another relative discipline are highly desirable
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong sense of self awareness and emotional intelligence (EQ)
* Proven ability to establish strong working relationships
* Demonstrated ability to use sound initiative and judgement
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding
