About our Opportunity
Our Stegbar Windows Division is seeking a driven sales professional to grow our trade customer base and actively support existing clients. This is a field-based role focused on identifying new business opportunities for our Windows and Doors range. You'll be actively engaging with potential customers, while liaising with our internal team to provide active solutions, managing quotes and following up on leads.
Key responsibilities include
Building and nurturing relationships with trade customers
Executing strategic business development plans to meet KPIs, revenue, and margin goals
Developing product and industry expertise
Managing customer data through CRM systems
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and project plans
Facilitating plan take-offs and quote preparation
Reporting on sales activities
About You
You're a proactive sales hunter with experience in the building industry—ideally in windows or similar products. Your ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close deals will be essential. You're self-motivated, results-oriented, have a strong work ethic, and are committed to delivering excellent service.
To succeed, you'll bring
Experience working with architects and builders, with a solid understanding of the building process
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Technical aptitude and familiarity with industry regulations
Confidence using CRM tools for planning and customer management
