Requirements:
* An admitted lawyer in NSW+
* Minimum 4-20+ years PAE property law experience (no maximum limit)
* Proven ability to highly autonomously manage your own property law files from start to finish including high-end large-scale/complex residential/commercial/industrial/retail property transactions across multiple stages of the development cycle from acquisition through to sales
* Strong technical property law skills/knowledge+drafting/negotiation/client-management skills
* Previous business development/marketing experience and willing to engage in such to further grow the business
* Willing/able to relocate to a famous Northern NSW coastal city
