Job Title: Capital Development Project Manager
Launceston Airport is planning for an exciting period of growth, with a significant increase in capital development projects. As a Capital Development Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading and directing these projects to ensure successful delivery within the agreed timeframe, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage capital development projects from feasibility through to completion, ensuring regulatory, corporate, and business objectives are met.
* Provide leadership in all aspects of project management, including project team performance, contractor engagement, and consultant management.
* Manage project financials and progress, conduct site audits, and monitor Safety, Environment, and Quality compliance.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including aviation partners, tenants, and external contractors.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A strong background in project management, preferably in the construction industry, focusing on building and civil infrastructure projects.
* Tertiary education in project management, architecture, engineering, or construction management.
* Proven experience in managing capital programs and budgets, with robust experience in project and contract management.
