CBRE is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join the onsite retail management team at Erina Fair. This role offers broad exposure to live retail operations, working closely with centre management to support day‐to‐day operations, financial and lease administration, and retailer engagement.

The Opportunity
* Take on a key Administration Assistant role supporting the day‐to‐day operations of a major retail centre
* Provide essential administrative, collections, accounts receivable and accounts payable support to centre management and retailers
* Manage core administration functions including tenant data, reporting, reconciliations and financial processing
* Support retailer engagement through clear communication, follow‐up and issue resolution, particularly in relation to collections and account queries
* Work as part of a collaborative onsite team in a fast‐paced retail environment where accuracy, accountability and ownership are critical
About You
You are a proactive, organised administrator who strives for strong results and takes pride in accuracy and ownership. Comfortable engaging with retailers and stakeholders, you enjoy working across multiple systems and being part of a collaborative onsite team. You will bring:
* Proven collections experience, ideally within a property, retail or commercial environment
* Background in administration, real estate/property management, accounts receivable/payable, or customer‐facing administrative roles
* Experience working in a fast‐paced, operational or retail environment
* Confident communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations professionally
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Solid Excel capability (including reconciliations), Word and Outlook skills, and confidence using finance or property systems (e.g. MRI or similar)
