Youth Disability Support Worker – Community Access
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team, providing day-to-day support for young clients living ADHD and Mobility Issues.
This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, empathetic, and committed to promoting independence and quality of life. Reliability and consistency are essential.
Mid-week evening shifts (3.30pm - 6.30pm Tuesdays and Thursdays)
About the role:
* To support the participant in home and out in the community.
* To undertake the tasks detailed in the participants' Care Plan using a person-centered approach and in the least intrusive way
* To maintain good communication and develop effective working relationships with participants
Job Details:
* Qualification Requirement: Cert 3 in Disability / Individual Support
* Minimum 1 year experience as a youth support worker.
* Full Drivers Licence, Own reliable Vehicle and Comp Insurance is required for Community Access.
* Minimum availability 2 shifts per week
* Required Licenses/Certifications: Full Driving Licence, Working with Children Check, NDIS Workers Screening, Police Check, First Aid and CPR
* Work Authorization: Australia (Required)
