We are seeking a Senior Associate/Principal Mechanical Engineer to deliver complex engineering solutions in the water sector.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical design, commissioning and operations, and troubleshooting across large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities include providing technical leadership, collaborating with bid teams, working closely with procurement teams, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Proven leadership in mechanical design for water or wastewater treatment projects is essential. Strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement experience, familiarity with digital engineering platforms, and ability to deliver under pressure are highly regarded.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to project teams, developing and implementing innovative engineering solutions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
