4. Manage inventory levels and maintain an efficient stockroom to minimize waste and optimize resource allocation
Requirements:
- Possess relevant experience in a similar leadership role or equivalent qualifications
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues
- Proven ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to withstand fast-paced kitchen environment and ability to lift heavy objects if necessary
