AWH are seeking a dedicated and efficient Team Assistant to join our National Office based in Lara. the part time position (20hrs per week) offers an exciting opportunity for an organised individual to contribute to the smooth running of our operations. The primary responsibilities of the Team Assistant include:
Acting as the point of contact for our travel provider, and booking travel for those who require it.
Managing corporate expenses for the executive team and other managers who require it
Assisting with document management including hard copies, Onedrive, Progenesis and BoardEffect
Purchasing a range of products including IT hardware, stationary, furniture, PPE, Christmas gifts and consumables
Assisting wool buyer payments (one day a week)
Organising site parties and events from time to time
The ideal candidate will also possess the following:

Proven positive customer service experience
Strong Microsoft office skills with the ability to quickly learn new online systems
